Refund and Return Policy

KLMXPS is operated by Hubei Chuangma Trading Co., Ltd.. This policy explains the return and refund process for orders placed through KLMXPS.

1. Return eligibility and time limits

A return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery. Returns are considered only when an item is defective or damaged on arrival, the wrong item was shipped, or an unused and undamaged item remains in its original packaging.

For an item that arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 calendar days after delivery and include clear photos or videos of the item, package condition, and shipping label. The 7-day damage-notice requirement does not replace the 14-day return-request window.

Used, installed, charged, discharged, modified, improperly handled, or damaged battery products are not eligible for return. Customized battery packs, special connector orders, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

2. Requesting a return

Contact us before sending any item back. Email KLMXPS@outlook.com with your order number, full name, product name or model, reason for return, and any relevant photos or videos.

After review, we will provide return instructions if the request is approved. Do not send a return without written approval.

3. Return address

Approved returns must be sent only to the address provided in the approval instructions:

This is the operational returns address. It is different from the business and registered address below.

4. Return shipping and battery transport

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped. Battery products must be packaged and shipped in compliance with applicable carrier, safety, and local transport requirements. We are not responsible for packages refused, delayed, or rejected because those requirements were not met.

5. Inspection and refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.

A partial refund may apply if an approved return is missing accessories or packaging, is not in its original condition, or has signs of use or damage not caused by delivery.

6. Cancellations, customs, and undeliverable packages

You may request cancellation before an order has been shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process may apply after delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping fees may apply to packages delayed, returned, or undeliverable because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect a package, customs refusal, or unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
