Shipping Policy

KLMXPS is operated by Hubei Chuangma Trading Co., Ltd.. This policy explains processing, delivery, shipping charges, and return-related shipping requirements.
1. Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Battery products may require additional handling because of carrier and dangerous-goods requirements.
When an order ships, we send a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when it is available.
2. Shipping locations
We ship to the United States, Canada, EU countries, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other supported regions. Some destinations, remote areas, or products may be unavailable because of carrier, customs, or battery-transport restrictions. Availability is confirmed during checkout.
3. Shipping methods and charges
Shipping charges are calculated from the order weight, dimensions, destination, and available carrier service. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. We do not publish a blanket free-shipping threshold.
Battery products may require a signature on delivery where required by the carrier or local regulations.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can change because of customs inspection, carrier delays, weather, or local postal-service processing.
5. Tracking, customs, and delivery restrictions
Use the tracking information in the shipment confirmation email to follow your delivery. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, handling fees, customs inspection, or carrier restrictions. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Some remote regions may have additional shipping charges or may be ineligible for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or local postal services.
6. Returns and exchanges
Return and exchange eligibility, deadlines, and return instructions are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Submit a return request within 14 calendar days after delivery. For an item that arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 calendar days after delivery with supporting photos or videos.
Do not ship a battery product back before receiving written return approval and return instructions. Return shipments must comply with applicable carrier, safety, and local transport rules.
